Angle Adjustments Available
For projects that require seasonal tilt angle adjustments to maximize power production and alleviate snow issues, a Swivel Mount is available for the SunFarm. |

A Good Harvest is Upon Us.
As the Ontario solar industary begins growing exponentially, there will be completely new challenges in succesfully operating solar farms in harsh winter climates.
The engineers have been actively confronting issues such as snow obstruction and temperature fluctuations for years. In solving these hurdles, they have developed technology that revolutionizes the way solar installations are made. In what most see as just another expense in their projects, WSE has rethought what a solar system should be and redesigned the construction process with modern methods and advanced engineering to help fasttrack solar PV into the era of grid parity.

Redefining the Solar Farm.
As they looked at the methods used for the installation of solar farm arrays, the WSE engineers found that construction teams would spend months on end assembling structures to then have to mount panels one by one.
Most projects, however, demand a much shorter timeframe for completion. This is especially true in Northern climates, where the winter imposes an inevitable deadline. Solving those challenges led to a solution that redefines what a solar farm should be. Solar farmers can now leave their plows and sickles in the shed, StructuralPV is the new standard.
How it works.
StructuralPV modules are made of several crystalline PV panels pre-assembled in factory, where they are reliably mounted into a solid structure, connected and tested assembled.
The StructuralPV modules are then shipped directly to the project site, where they are installed with modern construction methods, which dramatically increases speed, reduces labor cost, maximizes power output and results in a very solid and reliable system.
StructuralPV Features
- Mono-crystalline PV panels pre-assembled and tested in factory.
- Delivered to the project site pre-assembled and ready to install.
- Output per StructuralPV up to 3.6 KW (12x300W panels).
Benefits of StructuralPV
- 3% more power output: factory pre-assembly avoids panel mismatch.
- Installation up to 4X faster with same team of workers.
- Installed with a crane, resulting in significantly lower labor costs and thus lower project costs.
- Once assembled, system is very solidly built and weather-resistant.
- Tested assembled, assuring maximum reliability.
- Save $0.25 on contingency and management fees.

Want to do things the usual way?
For those preferring on-site assembly to Opsuns StructuralPV solution, the SunFarm also has a lot to offer. Using the system allows installations to be completed faster than with other solutions and produces more reliable results. |

A Single, Unique Extrusion
Because the system uses only one aluminum extrusion, the same as for the SunRail mounting system, it is simple in design. The SunRail extrusion provides exceptional strength for even the most heavy-duty projects, at a very competitive cost.
The unoque aluminum extrusion is delivered to the project site in lengths of up to 24 feet, where it can be conveniently cut by the installer to fit any system size. |
Quick and Easy to Assemble
The Sunjoint clamps are a small set of folded metal pieces with bolts and lock nuts that are used to rapidly and conveniently assemble the SunRail extrusions and PV panels together.
The clamps only require a wrench and can be tightened with one hand to build a solid mounting structure for virtually any project type or size |
